HIPPY is a free program offered by parents for parents of children ages 3 to 5 years old, to empower them to become their child’s first and best teacher.

HIPPY is a resource in the community  that can help build a better future for the families. A home visitor visits the family for 1 hour a week. Caregivers work with children 15 minutes each day.
