The VCSC mission is to:

Offer dynamic, high quality services in French, responding to an ever changing community;

Guide the Vanier community and its adjoining neighbourhood to improve their quality of life through social action services, information, education and action programs all carried out in a climate of confidence and partnership;

Develop tools that promote awareness to social problems while aiming to protect and enhance rights of francophones;

Promote empowerment and facilitate community cooperation.
