Counselling

We can guide you to the services that best meet your needs.

Two social workers are available Monday to Friday from 1 to 4pm.

At these times the workers are available to meet clients on a drop-in basis, without appointments. The intake workers can meet you in the mornings, by appointment only.

The workers can answer your questions, refer you to other services in the community according to your needs, listen and provide support if you are going through a difficult time.

These services are offered only to Vanier residents (K1L postal code), no matter their status in Canada.

Crisis intervention, information and referral

These services are only offered to Vanier residents (K1L postal code), no matter their status in Canada, from Monday to Friday from 1 to 4pm, on a drop-in basis. The workers can also meet you in the morning, by appointment only.

Short-Term Counselling

We offer short-term counselling (6 to 8 sessions). We can also refer to counselling services that help with specific issues, or are longer term, depending on your needs.
