A prevention program for teenage girls attending Rideau High School (in English) or the College catholique Samuel-Genest (in French).

Girls Talk is a prevention program for young women.  The group focuses on the prevention of depression, starting by breaking all prejudice associated with depression. Participants will have the chance to share and express themselves through discussion groups as well as artistic and physical activities.  The main goal of this program is to create a safe space for the participants to create a support system.  Ressources as well as educational resources pertaining on self esteem, body image, depression, interpersonal relations as well as information about stree will be given to partipants.  *Dates to be determined.
