How to become a volunteer at the Vanier CSC?
In order to ensure a good placement, we ask you to complete and submit your volunteer application form. You will then receive a receipt of confirmation. If a volunteer position which connects to your field of interest is available, we will contact you within the next 3 weeks where you will be called for an interview, submit your police check before your placement. If we do not contact you, your registration will be placed in our volunteer database.
Employment Services at the Vanier CSC and volunteering
If you are job hunting and you need to acquire work experience by volunteering, we have a team of job coaches that will be able to refer you to other work experiences and volunteer opportunities. With the Employment services, you will also be able to access many other resources to help you find a job. Please indicate in the volunteer application form if you would like to meet a job coach of the Vanier CSC’s Employment Services.
