Our Job Search Support Services

  • Job search support for eligible persons residing in Ontario 
  • Access to a computer room with printer, fax, photocopier and basic computer classes
  • Labour market information
  • Job fairs and job postings
  • Group or online workshops on career exploration, the resume and effective job search techniques
  • One-on-one meetings with an employment counselor and creation of an individual action plan
  • One-on-one interview practice
  • Meetings with employers
  • One-on-one support in the workplace to help you keep your job
  • Opportunities to gain work experience
  • Determining your eligibility for the Second Career program 

Eligible Job Seekers

  • Residents of Ontario
  • Citizens, permanent residents or refugees with an open and valid work permit
  • Persons who are working or in school less than 20 hrs / week
